The All Comfort Services Comfort Club is a long-term service program designed to keep your home heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing equipment well-maintained and help protect you from the unexpected costs of breakdowns and emergency repairs. The cost is $33.50 per month plus tax. The Comfort Club is for homeowners who want peace of mind knowing they will have equipment maintained by a service partner who watches out for them.

Keep warranties intact. Maintaining your equipment, just like changing the oil in your car, is required by manufacturers. This program allows you to receive annual maintenance without paying much more, supporting a long-term commitment versus once-every-other-year maintenance.

Your Comfort Club base price membership includes:

• Annual preventive maintenance on your gas furnace and air conditioner.
• Electrical and plumbing system safety inspections every two years.
• Reminders to schedule appointments for maintaining your gas furnace, air conditioner, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Priority scheduling over new and non-member customers.
• No dispatch fee for on-demand service during normal business hours ($149 value).
• Discounts on repairs of up to 10% of repairs and services.
• Well-trained and skilled technicians who provide the best options as needed.

Additional equipment like non-traditional furnaces, boilers, humidifiers, and air cleaners may have an extra cost, but the $149 dispatch fee is waived.

The base price for Comfort Club membership is $33.50 plus tax per month with easy monthly credit card autopay (American Express not accepted). While there is no obligation to stay, a long-term commitment is encouraged for maximum value. Cancellation requires a written notice via email or mail. Rejoining may require a waiting period.

The typical yearly cost for the base membership is $463, while the estimated value is $865. Membership provides peace of mind, priority service, and discounts that surpass the membership cost.

The program leverages slower periods in service demand to offer long-term value. We minimize administrative time collecting payments or processing sign-ups, allowing our team to focus on providing reliable service year-round.

Each heating and cooling system is serviced once per year. Appointments are scheduled based on season and weather, preferring not to have snow on the ground for air conditioning inspections.
